Tagus Creek was named and developed for the UK market from Falua Wines, Portugal. The design for the initial 3 varietals were devised from the concept of anglers frequenting the River Tagus, which runs close by their vineyards. The idea uses fishing flies to denote each variety and can be extended into future varietals.
